Warranty Period
This warranty lasts for two years from the original retail purchase date. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the paddle board, including:
- Defective seams or seam separation
- Air leaks caused by defective materials or workmanship
- Defects in the drop-stitch construction
- Defective inflation valves
- Separation of factory-installed deck pads, handles, or D-rings
- Other structural manufacturing defects that prevent normal use of the board
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, scuffs, fading, discoloration, or other cosmetic changes
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, impacts, punctures, cuts, dragging, or improper transportation
- Damage caused by overinflation, underinflation, improper inflation, or failure to follow the owner’s manual
- Damage caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, excessive heat, freezing temperatures, chemicals, fuel, solvents, or improper storage
- Mold, mildew, or damage caused by storing the board wet
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Damage caused by using an air compressor or other inflation equipment not intended for inflatable paddle boards
- Damage resulting from use outside the board’s stated weight capacity or intended recreational purpose
- Commercial, rental, instructional, racing, or competitive use
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced products
- Incidental or consequential expenses, including loss of use, transportation, lodging, or rental costs
This two-year warranty applies to the paddle board itself. Included accessories, such as paddles, pumps, fins, leashes, bags, and repair kits, are not covered by the two-year board warranty unless a separate written warranty is provided for that accessory.
Warranty Remedy
If Simpson Creek Board Co. determines that a covered manufacturing defect exists, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective board;
- Replace it with the same or a comparable product; or
- Provide another appropriate remedy when repair or replacement is unavailable.
Replacement products or components may differ in color or appearance from the original. Any repaired or replacement product remains covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, visit simpson-creek.com and contact Simpson Creek Board Co. Please provide:
- Your name and contact information
- Proof of purchase showing the purchase date
- The product name, model, and color
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs or video showing the entire board and the reported defect
- The board’s serial number or production code, if applicable
Do not return or ship a product unless instructed to do so. Simpson Creek Board Co. may request additional information or require an inspection before approving a claim. The customer is responsible for properly packaging the product and for any shipping charges not specifically approved in advance.
Limitation of Implied Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Simpson Creek Board Co. is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
